All RÉGONE orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If you place your order before 11 PM, we usually ship it out the same day.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier. International deliveries may vary based on customs and destination.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, RÉGONE ships internationally from our European fulfilment partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Can I return or exchange my item? +
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached. To start a return, email support@regone.com with your order number and reason for return.
Are returns free? +
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund? +
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
What if my order is faulty or incorrect? +
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact support@regone.com with photos. We’ll replace or refund it as soon as possible at no additional cost.
