If you place your order before 11 PM, we usually ship it out the same day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, RÉGONE ships internationally from our European fulfilment partners.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
To start a return, email support@regone.com with your order number and reason for return.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
What if my order is faulty or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact support@regone.com with photos.
We’ll replace or refund it as soon as possible at no additional cost.
